He was predeceased by: his parents, Elois Savanna and Walter Bayne; his sons, Charles Robert Bayne and Richard Edward Bayne; and his sisters, Melba Khalaf, Billie M. Willis and Mary Frances "Doll" Savana White.
He is survived by: his brother Earl Calvin Bayne; his grandsons, Charles Walter Bayne and John Robert Bayne; and his nieces and nephews, Ramona Maxwell, Randa, Ray Gilliam, Becky, Bruce Freebairn, Yvonne Douglas, Steven, Angela Bayne, Shari, Ardis Tooke, Janice, Dale Young, Diane Bucek and Robert Bliss.
