He was predeceased by: his parents, Byron Clayton Futrell and Dorothy Nunn Futrell. He is survived by: his wife Anna H. Futrell; his children, Scotty Futrell (Angela) and Kayla Johnston (Quince); his sister Mary Antley (Tommy); his grandchildren, Clay Johnston (Kelsey Chatham), Krysten Johnston, Joshua Futrell (Misty) and Jeremy Futrell; and his great grandchildren, Sterling, August, Maddox and Colsen.
