She was predeceased by: her mother Velma Holley; her sister Martell Holley Chandler; her son Thomas Eldridge Duke; her husband John Stephenson; and her daughter-in-law Mona Ferguson Duke.
She is survived by: her pets, Ruthie, Dixie and Joe; her children, Kathy Duke (Mark Moore) and Keith Duke; her grandchildren, Kaitlin Duke (Hank Mathis) and Bradley Caraway (Haley); her great grandchildren, Harper Caraway, Kaisley Mathis and Sawyer Caraway; and her siblings-in-law, Kathy McKenzie Duke and Darrell Caraway. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends, and family.
