She is survived by: her daughters, Vivian Hanna and Vonda Madden (John Madden); her grandchildren, Annie Hanna, Lacey Wynn, Sydney Hanna, Vivi Madden and Bryar Madden; her great grandchild Teegan Wynn; her stepchildren, Nancy Thomas, Suzanne Blackwelder and Jarred Spurlock; her siblings-in-law, Sue Estep, Diane Volentine, Mike Brown and Terry Spurlock; and her nieces, Cathy Aycock, Shirley Gore and Brenda Gilpatrick.
