He was predeceased by: his parent R. C.; his son Jeffery Whitstine (Hollie Whitstine); and his brothers, Robert Whitstine and Earl David Whitstine. He is survived by: his children, Sirena Whitstine, Jason Whitstine and LaWayne Ross; his siblings, Charles Whitstine (Ida), Samuel "Buddy" Whitstine (JoNell), Dale Whitstine (Karen), Nellie "Sissy" Rousseau (Charlie), Shirley Klein (Gary) and Darlene Delaney (Tim); and his wife Hollie.
