He was predeceased by: his son Douglas Barlett; his father JC White, Sr.; his siblings, Patricia White and Billy Ray White; and his brother-in-law Jimmy McLaughlin.
He is survived by: his mother Mary F. Vollm of Colfax; his children, Jamie White, Jason "Striker" White of Colfax and Dawn White of Michigan; and his siblings, Bobby White, Lennie White (Veronica) of Colfax and Shirley McLaughlin of Verda. He is also survived by five grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to Hargis Baptist Church at 1313 Hwy 122, Montgomery, LA 71454.
