He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Price and Jessie Mae Price. He is survived by: his wife Frances Thigpen Price of Bentley; his children, Jeff Price (Angela) of Prospect, Karen Jamison (Darrell) of Bentley and Jennifer Warren (Lynn) of Kincaid Lake; his sisters, Judy Gaylor of Ball, Fannie Vanlangendonck (Ronnie) of Cleveland and Mandy Ray of Alexandria; and his grandchildren, Magen Warren, Allison Arrington, Cody Warren, Jackie Price, Ashlyn Warren, Jared Price and Mallary Jamison. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
