She is survived by: her husband George "Chris" Futrell of Dry Prong; her children, Nathan Dunn (Janell) of El Dorado, AR., Colby Ray of Winnfield, Heather Ray of Eunice and Marissa Conston (Juan) of Pineville; her mother Patricia Godwin; her stepparents, Norvell Godwin of Goldonna and Marty Forsythe of Coppell, TX; her sisters, Susie Hiles (Mark) of Azle, TX., Brandi Ragland of Coppell, TX. and Jennifer Forsythe of Grand Prairie; and her close friends, Jimmy and Julie Garner. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; one great grandchild; many nieces and nephews.
