He is survived by: his sons, Andy Futrell (Melissa) of Dry Prong and George "Chris" Futrell (Kim) of Winnfield; his siblings, Glynn Futrell (Carolyn) of Elmer and Mary Ann Smith (John) of Ball; his sister-in-law Evelyn Chatelain (David) of Bentley; his grandchildren, Kandi, Bryce, Colby (Laura), Heather, Marissa, Megan (Chris) and Dylan (Meagan); his great grandchildren, Kassidy of Peyton, C. J., Shaina, Keleah, Kaiden, Jaylen, McKenzie, Ella Kate and Teagan; and his great great grandchild Adrianna.
