He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Butterfield and Ardena Butterfield; and his brother Ivan William Butterfield. He is survived by: his wife Louise Butterfield; his children, Dena (Brent McVicker), Bob Butterfield and Cathy (Bill Good); his granddaughter Chelsea (Lovic Ingram); and his siblings, Janis Butterfield, Fred Butterfield, Chuck (Paula Butterfield) and John (Tina Butterfield).
