She was predeceased by: her husband Philip Ellsworth, Jr.; her parents, Walter Gannon and Norma Gannon; and her grandson Michael Brandon Glaze. She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Shaito of Plano, Cathy Brown of Dry Prong, Karen, Ponchatoula and Krista Slack of Dry Prong. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Susan G. Komen Foundation in Mrs. Regina's name.
