He was predeceased by: his wife Deanna Mae Arney Tullos; his parents, Henry Conley and Betty Chandler Tullos; his siblings, Henry Elmer Tullos, Herbert Oliver Tullos, Owen Fuller, H. C. Tullos and Mattie Faye Pease McCroskey; and his son-in-law Harris Dupre.
He is survived by: his daughters, Pam Dupre and Rhonda Elaine Nettles; his son-in-law James Nettles; his granddaughter Deanna Elizabeth Copeland; and his great grandchildren, C. J. Copeland and Kyran Rose Copeland.
