It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Wayne Beasley of Dry Prong, Louisiana, born in Jackson, Louisiana, who passed away on December 23, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, David Robert and Eliza Oree Rosser Beasley; and his siblings, Warren Ellis "Buddy" Beasley, Melvin Wesley Beasley and Marian Rachel Beasley Kowalchuk.
He is survived by: his brother Alexandria; his wife Mary Monroe Beasley; his daughter Pamela Robertson (Michael); his grandchild Chris Adams (Sarah); his great grandchildren, Jackie, Morgan and Mason; his grandchild Christy Hofrichter (Thorsten); his great grandchildren, Katie and Emily; his daughter Melissa Bordelon (Brad); his grandchildren, Caden, Callan, Camden, Sawyer and Grayson; his daughter Jessica Vanasselberg (Michael); his grandchildren, Maggie and Jackson; his daughter Natalie Crooks (Justin); his grandchildren, Emma Grace and Landon; his child Peyton; his sister Brenda Dianne Baughcum; and also Winston Murry Beasley.
Due to Covid restrictions, the family requests that visitation be come and go, so that all will have an opportunity to pay their respects. Social distancing and masks are required.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to New Prospect Baptist Church, Park Fund, 111 Prospect Church Road, Dry Prong, LA 71423.
