He is survived by: his parents, Paula Collins-Moore and William Collins, Sr.; his stepfather Daniel McGrew; his wife Teresa; his daughters, Lauren Michelle Collins-Curry (Roy Roger Curry) and Danielle Rose Collins; his aunts and uncles, Mitzi, Ron Ratliff, Becky, Tommy Turnage and Teresa Dyess; and his cousins, Michael Wright, Steven Wright and Jennifer Turnage. He is also survived by extended family, loved ones and friends.
