She is survived by: her son William David Shepard, Sr. (Donna Sue); her grandchildren, Tammy Nash (Jerad), William David Shepard, Jr. (Kimberly) and Andrew Shepard; and her great grandchildren, Dylan McIver, Jack Duncan, Jr., Brooke Shepard, Ashlyn Shepard and Natalie Shepard.
