It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger Carter Sr. (Doyline, Louisiana), born in Shreveport, Louisiana, who passed away on May 19, 2018, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his daughter Tonia McLemore. He is survived by: his wife Lou Ann Carter; and his son Roger Lewis Carter, Jr.. He is also survived by six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
