He is survived by: his children, Mike Schultz (Diane), Terry Schultz and Sheri'Schultz Brown (Jim Brown); his sister Annette Hand (Claude); his grandchildren, Amber Lynn Schultz (Steve), Jonathon Schultz, Brandon Schultz, Collin Schultz, Whitney Alexis White and Preslee Marie Brown; his great grandchildren, Kaleb, Marcus, Shyloh, Brianna and Chloe; and his friend Dr. Eddie Moore.
