Carter; his children, Courtney Pate and Jared Carter (Stefanie); his sister Darlene Hay; his children, Shana Patterson, Randy Patterson and Brittany Sunderland; and his grandchildren, Annaleigh Carter, Easton Carter, Jacob Pate and Ava Pate. He is also survived by grandkids, nieces, nephews and extended loving family members.
