He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Foster Powers and Bessie Anderson Powers; his children, Gary Dale Powers, Stephanie Powers Bowen (Dustin) and Wendy Powers; his grandchildren, Jacob Mitchell, Julie Bowen, Brandon Dale Powers, Nicholas Todd, Toreann Reames, Blade Powers and Cheyanne Powers; his great grandchild Landyn Powers; and his brother Vernon Powers.
