He was predeceased by: his father Bobby Lee; and his siblings, Dianne and David Lee. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Lee; his children, Timothy Lee, Jerry Wayne Lee, Steven Lee (Jackie) and Penny Northcutt (Stephen); and his brother James Edward Lee. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and a host of extended family and friends.
