He is survived by: his fiancée Debbie Burch; his daughters, Jessica Antley (Micah) and Kristen Mardis (Colby); his siblings, Sandra Shinn and Tommy Cox (Doris); his grandchildren, Marlee Griffin and Mason Mardis; and his pets, Bob and Freckles. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
