He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Helen Staggs Underwood; and his siblings, John E. Underwood Sr, Marvin Underwood Sr, Ernest Underwood Sr and Pat Lenard.
He is survived by: his children, Lee Underwood, Jr of West Monroe, Amiee Carman (Eric) of West Monroe, Lesan Randolph (Noble) of West Monroe, Paul Underwood of West Monroe, Angel Leblanc (Harvey) of West Monroe and Wendy Marze (Charlie) of West Monroe; his brother CJ Underwood of Choudrant; his siblings-in-law, Mary Underwood of West Monroe and Truett Lenard of Bosco; and his grandchildren, Aleeah Antee, Haleigh Pyle, Valor Randolph, Oaklynn LeBlanc, John, Rebecca Costa and Sharon Lawson of West Monroe. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
