He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Dean and Edna Jo Brown Otwell; his son George Lewis Jr.; his wife Gloria Otwell; his daughter Torie Shaw; and his brothers, James Otwell and Keith Otwell.
He is survived by: his former spouse Kim Thompson; his stepdaughter Autumn; his friend Marion Smith; his grandchildren, Gloria, Olivia and Mason; his close friend Bobby Causey; his cousins, Freck, Billy Steve and Greg; his brother Michael Lee; his nephew Landon; his wife April Otwell; his siblings, Shane Otwell (Holly) and Vickie Bassett; his children, Zackeriah Dean Otwell (Nicole), Trey Hinson (Bambi), Tabatha Otwell (Miles McMillin), Adriann Dean Otwell and Arial Dawn Otwell; his grandchildren, Gabe Hinson, Kennedy Otwell, Chance Shaw, Skyrum Hinson and Anna McMillin; and also, Shirley, Jeff, Norman and Diane Riordan. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews & his children's friends.
Since Covid Jeff and April joined the online youth group for Wednesday services and enjoyed learning from Brother Lee alongside his kids and wife.
