Glenn Phillips Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 9, 2023, at the age of 58, Glenn Phillips of Downsville, Louisiana, born in West Monroe, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Phillips and Jean Phillips; and his sister Debbie Phillips Rogers. He is survived by: his wife Diona Norman Phillips of Downsville, LA; his children, Danielle (Brian Bailey) of Hampton, AR and Dusty Phillips (Tory) of Siloam Springs, AR; his grandchildren, Reece, Taylor, Ricky and Declan Bailey of Hampton, AR; his siblings, Kathy (Ed Pyle) of Grand Prairie, TX, Beverly (Danny Willis) of Choudrant, LA and Ricky Phillips (Cindy) of Choudrant, LA; and his siblings-in-law, Kira Norman of Dallas, TX, Chanda Norman of Dallas, TX and Jerry Norman Jr. (Brantley Whiseant) of Vienna, VA. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
