She was predeceased by: her grandmother Theresa Nell Gentry; and her great-grandparent Richard Harry Swaggard. She is survived by: her mother Kathryn Perry; her stepfather Gene Hightower; her children, Kristin Day (Tyler Joseph), Gracee Gill, Hope Gill, Faith Gill, Zachary Day (Madison Yelverton) and Kevin Day; her brother John Paul Kelly (Heather); her grandchildren, Noah Joseph and Oakley Day; and her grandmother Jeanette Kelly. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made to the St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
