He is survived by: his parents, Clifton Harper and Mary Sue Branch (Susie); his wife Heather Ann Harper; his daughters, Riley Grace Harper and Reese Faith Harper; and his siblings, Casy Spatafora (Joe) and Christy Popwell (Sam). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
