He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Bayles and Daisy Watson Bayles; his son Bobby James Bayles, Jr. (Jay); his brothers, Tunny Bayles and Ed Bayles; his stepmother Julia May Bayles; and his sister Judy Bayles.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia McVay Bayles; his brother Freddie Roy Bayles (Vivian); his daughters, Terri Cook (Rusty), Teena Thoman and Monica Bayles Hunt; his stepchildren, Shanna Woolsey (Frank) and Christopher Savana; his grandchildren, Justin Bayles, Jenny Thoman, Jeremy Beard, Allen McVay (Danielle), Johnathan Woolsey (Kourtney), Meagan Gasca (Chris), Devyn Woolsey (Jordan), Christian Savana, Kasyn Savana and Emori Woolsey; and his great grandchildren, Alanah Ali, Bayles Beard, Christian McCloud, Samantha Dortch, Nick Gasca, Khloe Gasca, Mia Gasca, Hayden Gasca, Marci Gasca, Bella Gasca, Lilly Gasca, Noah Gasca, Kylee Woolsey, Emma LaDart, Addilyn Woolsey, Blake Antley and Waylon Antley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 11:00 PM at the Mulhearn Funeral Home - West Monroe (300 McMillan Rd, West Monroe, LA 71291). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Hasley Cemetery (1500 Arkansas Rd, West Monroe, LA 71291).
