He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sr. Goodwin and Joyce Joffrion Goodwin; and his parents-in-law, George and Rosalie Castrogovannie Benedetto. He is survived by: his wife Carol Benedetto Goodwin; his sons, William "Billy" III (Celeste), Ryan and Kurt (Mandy); his brother James Goodwin (Rosanna); and his brothers-in-law, David Benedetto (Carla) and Randy Benedetto (Lauri).
