He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Wesley J. "Banana" Hernandez Sr., Everett "Poonie", Dot Caballero and Billy Davis; and his great-aunt Diane C. Howard.

He is survived by: his parents, C. J. Caballero and Janie Theriot Caballero; his grandparents, Dianne Hernandez Theriot, Clint Theriot, Chris and Dawn Caballero; his great-grandparents, Della A. Hernandez, Shirley, Jesse Theriot and Jan B. Davis; his godparents, Kati Theriot and Charles Caballero; his aunt Caroline; and his cousin Georgia Caballero. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Red Bird Ministries or Maddie's Footprints.
