He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Miano Giardina; his children, Lori Charlet (Gary), Natalie Dugas (Joseph) and William Giardina (Mikki); his sister Marie Tortorich (Vincent); his grandchildren, Alayna (Trevor), Alden Charlet, Reid and Brooks Giardina; his great grandchildren, Liam and Scarlett Rose Boatman; his brothers, Carl Bouchereau, Andrew Joffrion, John Allen Landry, Kenneth Pizzolato and Ruben "Shorty" Theriot; and his caregivers, Jeanette Moore, Emily Gregory, Christen Turner and Chad Truxillo of Clarity Hospice.

In lieu of flowers, donate to DAARC (Donaldsonville Area Arc), of which Vincent served as a board member.
