He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Navarre and Rita Fernandez; his stepfather Morris Fernandez; his siblings, Janice Aucoin (Harold), Peggy Dwyer, Nancy Falgoust, Lovely Dwyer, Donald, Terry, Bobby and Steven Navarre; and his nephew Patrick Dwyer.

He is survived by: his wife Regina Medine Navarre; his daughter Cherish Navarre Rodrigue (Ramone Rodrigue); his grandsons, Noah and Brailon Navarre; and his brother Gregory Navarre (Darlene). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
