He is survived by: his wife Carole Regira Palermo; his children, Dr. Nikki Palermo Denoux (Scott) and Gino Palermo (Patricia); his grandchildren, Emma Palermo DeArmond (Blane), Christian Denoux and Luke Denoux; his great grandchild Adeline DeArmond; and his brother David Palermo.
