She is survived by: her children, Mary Johnson (Andrew) of Thibodaux, Rose Ward of Thibodaux, Charlene Ward-Aleem (Malik) of Baton Rouge, Joyce Ward of Austin Tx, Joseph Jr. (Hope) of Thibodaux and Donald (Latrice) of Lafayette; her sisters, Evelyn Martin of New Orleans, Rosa Lee Bougere of Compton and JoAnne Greene of New Orleans; her daughter-in-law Eva Burd of Hawaii; her siblings-in-law, Dorothy Sims (Houston) and Warren Ward Sr. Along; and her godsons, Johnny Ward and Vincent Joseph.
