He is survived by: his wife Ann Stevens Burgess; his children, Toni Burgess (Paula), Chad Burgess, Brent Burgess (Dawn) and Mindy Helms (Robert); his grandchildren, Trent, Bailey, Lainey Burgess and Kendall Bordelon; his great grandchild Hayden Burgess; and his siblings, Laura Mollere, Sylvia Ewen, Donna Landry, Glenda Rader and Jimmy Burgess.
