He is survived by: his children, Latoya Harvey of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Marlon Jr and Rudy Harvey Jr. of Donaldsonville; his grandchildren, Marlon C. Harvey, Tianna Harvey, Trey Harvey and Tyrion Harvey; his siblings, Angela LeBeouf of Donaldsonville, Trudye Thomas of Donaldsonville, Mona Faye LeBeouf of Donaldsonville and Nick Harvey of Donaldsonville; his brother-in-law Andrew Jones of Donaldsonville; and his uncles, Willard Harvey (Rose) of Houston and Larry Harvey of Donaldsonville.
