He is survived by: his children, Roy Milton Westley, Jr. (Ingrid), Danielle Garrison (Derek) and Lois Nelson (James); and his sisters, Ralphann Westley, Ada Smith, Doris James (Robert, Sr.), Beulah Westley and Orelia Westely. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
