She was predeceased by: her son Julien Thomas. She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Landry and Terrie Lymon; her children-in-law, Clarence Lymon and Cheryl Stratton Russell (Edmund); and her grandchildren, John Stratton, Crystal Brown (Eddrick Brown), Chris Holmes (Chrishelle), Morgan Lymon and Terrence Lymon. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A private graveside service will be held due to current mandates of COVID-19 on July 11, 2020 at Donaldsonville Protestant Cemetery, conducted by Dr. Reverend Barbara Calhoun-Gipson of Saint Peter United Methodist Church of Donaldsonville.
