He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Hayes and Israel Hayes; and his brothers, Ferdinand Williams and Don James. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Hayes; his children, Navien Hayes, Akiya and Shalinda Hayes; and his sisters, Joyce Williams and Barbara Miller. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
