She was predeceased by: her parents, Philippe Dugas and Marie Mabile Dugas; her husband Ivy J. Dugas, Sr.; her children, Michael J. Dugas and Kathy Acosta; her son-in-law Gerald Sentilles; her siblings, Pierre (Gladys), Edwin, Jean, Edward George Dugas (Caroline) and Marie Landry (Ray); and her nieces and nephews, Gail Giroir, Arlene Dugas, Mark Dugas and Craig Landry.
She is survived by: her sister Edith Webre; her sisters-in-law, Carolyn, Jane and Nora Dugas; her children, Wayne (Sue), Terry (Penny), Ivy Dugas, Jr. (Desiree), Myra Sentilles, Donna Dugas and Vera Sanchez (Eric); and her grandchildren, Brett, Blake Heidelberg, Jeff, Chris Shelton, Kristen Scarborough, John Sentilles, Jeremy, Brandon Acosta, Megan Ourso, Dana Tarver, Lauren Donald, Wayne David Dugas Jr., Aimee Zeringue, Eric Paul Sanchez, Jr., Terry Paul Dugas, Jr., Brady Dugas, Seth Joffrion, Renee Rolfsen, Peyton Stieffel, Alexis Robert and Danielle Dugas. She is also survived by thirty-seven great-grandchildren; and twenty nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Our Lord Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
