He was predeceased by: his parents, Laura Dell Dugas and Lionel Collins; and his former wife Mary Ellen Bell of New Orleans. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Sanders; his sons, Leon Jr. and Devin; his grandson Carson; his siblings, Lillian Weber of Marrero, Annette Williams of Laplace and Willie Williams of San Diego, California; his nieces and nephews, Jessica Thomas-Albert (Andrew) of New Orleans, Jarvis Weber (Ashley) of Marrero, Levar Weber (Josie) of Gretna, Willie Williams, Jr. (Betty), Clifford Williams (Kristen) of Ponchatoula, Jonathan Williams of Chicago, Illinois, Denisha Pines (Chris), Nikisha Williams of Ponchatoula and Ashley Williams of Houston, Texas; and his friends, Robert Jones and Arnessa Lewis of Baton Rouge. He is also survived by great nieces and nephews, cousins, and devoted friends.
