He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Theriot and Arthemise Coupel Theriot; his sister Clarice Theriot Plaisance; his brother-in-law LeRoy Plaisance; his children, Brent and Gina Theriot; his grandson Brant Theriot; and his great grandchild Wesley Caballero.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Guichet Theriot; his children, Scott Theriot (Sherrie), Clint Theriot, Gregg Theriot (Rebecca), Morty Theriot (Teisha), Jessica Thompson (Bobby), Jay Theriot, Ray Theriot (Jenny) and Cher Anderson (Shannon); his grandchildren, Kati Theriot, Janie Caballero (CJ), Alex Guedry (Tayler), Gregory Theriot (Marcy), Matthew Theriot (Rachel), Landon Daigle, Jesse Theriot (Hillary), Elizabeth Theriot, Owen Theriot, Jeanne Theriot, Angelle Theriot, Sydney Thompson, Shelby Thompson, Ross Anderson, Hudson Theriot and Hayden Theriot; his great grandchildren, Christian, Vivienne Guedry, Ava, Hayes Theriot, Walker, Wells and Wesson Theriot; and his brothers, Robert (Joyce) and Reuben "Shorty" Theriot (Amalia). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 9:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church (818 W 10th St, Donaldsonville, LA 70346).
