He was predeceased by: his son Isaac "Ike" Prestley; his parents, Earl, Jr. Mumphrey and Shirley Knockum Mumphrey; his grandparents, Clarence, Mary Knockum, Earl, Sr. and Margaret Mumphrey; and his brothers, Earl Mumphrey, III, Joseph Mumphrey and Cedric Mumphrey.
He is survived by: his daughter Ieshay Tyler; his grandchildren, Tyreek, Davion, David, Dea'Von, Karly and Tristen; and his siblings, Gail Gomez, Margaret, Lisa Mumphrey, Allydia Ollis, Joann "Pumpkin" Gibson and Anthony Mumphrey.
