He was predeceased by: his wife Flora Joseph; and his parents, Ophelia and Claville. He is survived by: his daughters, Shannon McGalliard (Dale), Shevette Fulton (Sean) and Sherell Joseph; his grandchildren, Auri McGcGalliard, Chanselar Jefferson (Courtney), Tia Davis (Dexter), Oscar Jefferson, III (Paola), Ashton McGalliard (Saray), Tori Knighten and Jordan Jefferson; his sisters-in-law, Dorothy Dyson, Estoria Francis and Shirley Joseph; and his friend Diane Christy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
