She was predeceased by: her son Patrick Mills; her grandsons, Fabian Mills, Jr. and Kylund Jones; her adoptive parents, John Wallace and Vivian Wallace; her mother Mary Perkins; her brothers, Clifford, Sr. and Donald Perkins; her stepchildren, Raymond Leblanc and Charlene LeBlanc; and her nephew Derrick Jones.
She is survived by: her husband Raymond Chatman; her children, Ruben Mills, Marcel, Reginald, Fabian, Jason, Derrick Mills, Marlene Theresa Mills Jones and Earthala Mills Slugher (Jimmie); her stepchildren, Alvin Leblanc, Chasity and Kim Chatman; and her siblings, Joe Quitt, Edward Perkins, Elnora Stepter, Sharon Ann Jones and Tawanda Perkins. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
