She was predeceased by: her husband Emile Schexnayder; her parents, James Ross and Regina Ross; her siblings, James Ross, Jr., Beverly Taylor and Desie Ross; and her niece Lisa Taylor.
She is survived by: her children, Kentrelle and Natalie Ross; her grandchildren, Jairelle Meadows (Micaiah), Aiden, Ahmad and A'maji Rass; her friend Gerald Nicholas; her cousin Beatrice Robinsan (Bee); her godson Shannon; her siblings, Vernon Rass (Lillian), Harold Rass, Richard Bass (Bernadette), Reginald Ross, Kendrick, Elderidge Jupiter, Bruce, Wayne Billy, Susan Rass, Pam and Paula Billy; her brother-in-law Danny Taylor; her uncle Robert Ross (Cara); and her aunts, Rasa Lee Weber, Mary Lorraine Dandridge (Lloyd), Celina Garrison and Veragalee Carter. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
