He was predeceased by: his parents, Eunice Martin Hutto and Benjamin Lane Hutto; and his siblings, Cecil Waylon Hutto, James Hutto, Charles Hutto, William E. "Bill" Hutto and Eva Hutto Riser.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria Rowe Hutto; his sons, Rodger Hutto, Richard "Rick" Hutto, Ronald "Ronnie Bo" Hutto and Russell "Rusty" Hutto (Sherry); his grandchildren, Jamie, Casey, Chelle, Jon, Ryan, Greg, Corey, Keith and Kody; his great grandchildren, Jeffery, Jalyne, Wyatt, Rhett and GiGi; his great great grandchild Elliott; and his sister-in-law Barbara Hutto. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
