She was predeceased by: her parents, Will Wallace and Bernice Cockerham Higgs; her daughter Paula Lynn Bice; and her granddaughter Chasidy Rae Bice. She is survived by: her husband C. E; and her children, Suzette Deville Dearman, Wallace Bice (Melissa), Shane Smiley and Jon Smiley (Kyle). She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
