He was predeceased by: his parents, Lacy Benson Hemperley and Hazel Payne Hemperley; his son Kerry Hemperley; and his sister Marilyn Connor. He is survived by: his wife Billie Lou Richardson Hemperley; and his children, Randy Hemperley (Cheryl) and Kim Hemphill (Ronnie). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
