He was predeceased by: his parents, Jewel Lasyone and Rosie Lasyone; his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Ferreira Lasyone; his son Charles Bryan Lasyone; his siblings, Pauline Vines, Neather "Nita" Jacobs, Grace Acreman, Patsy Lasyone, Eunice Taylor, Pinkey Lasyone, Waylon Lasyone and Charlie Burel Lasyone; and his grandson Heath Snowden.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Lasyone Melton of Dodson, Louisiana and Shannon Lasyone (Valorie) of McPherson Kansas; his stepdaughter Lessie House of Edgemont, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Kelli Melton, Katie Boyett, Cody Melton, Sean Lasyone, Colby Lasyone, Dustin Lasyone, Jennifer Hare, Ashley Henderson, Shane DeViney and Emma Heir; and his great grandchildren, Marissa Melton, P. J. Cardoza and Carter Melton.
