He is survived by: his mother Elvie "Nissie" Setliff of Pineville; his former wives, Gladys Anita Cunningham and Mary Anna Vandersypen; his children, Cassie L. Davis (Alex) of Pineville, Sarah Ann Bordelon (Chance) of Deville and Clayton J. Cunningham of Pineville; and his siblings, Carolyn Faircloth (Donnie) of Pineville, Michael R. Setliff of Pineville and Tracy N. Setliff (Tonya) of Deville.
